the only thing that cheered me up, properly today.
was to sit on the bridge with ella chatting for half an hour... and watching the world go by.
its like an echo of the past?
talking with someone im really comfortable with?
for a long time coming, this has been way overdued.
and i'll miss you ella, cos i dont know when is it next id be talking to you again.

other than that, today's been quite a blur.
and maybe, its cos i choose for it to be so.
i guess i'll be taking a backseat in your life, and one day, pretty soon, id get off this ride.
because, ive come to realise, i dont enjoy it anymore.
ive lost that feeling of exhilaration, and the sensation junkie is off looking in other avenues.
ive seen the remnants today, slow motion whisking,
and i think we've come to the end of the line.
